The one weekend I've been waiting for since we started the tradition last year has arrived!
It's our 2nd Annual Scrapbook retreat weekend!
Four days, 3 nights of nothing but scrapbooking! No husbands, no kids... just a group of women sitting back, relaxing and scrapbooking.
There are 11 of us in all. It's like one huge sleepover!
We are in Inverness, FL at a place called All Seasons Scrapbook Resort. It's basically a house that has been converted into a huge scrapbook haven! The garage has been turned in to the cropping room and the bedrooms have bunkbeds so there is enough room to accomodate 12 people total. And each room is themed to a season - Spring, Winter, etc. Kitchen, pool, lake, television, internet... all the comforts of home without being at home :)
We had a great time last year and this year is turning out to be just as fun - if not a little more so because we're here for an extra day.
I haven't even gotten through this weekend and I am already looking ahead to next year.
